Manuscripts are submitted in APA style. Please refer to the latest Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.

Manuscript must be word processed using Word or Open Office Writer, double-spaced, with wide margins. Paginate consecutively starting with the title page. The organization of the paper should be indicated by appropriate headings and subheadings. File should be saved in Word .doc or .docx file type.

Please be sure to remove all personally identifiable electronic information from the file before submitting it. Otherwise, your manuscript cannot be accepted for consideration.

Word 2007: Click the Microsoft Office Button. Point to Prepare, and then click Inspect Document. Make sure that “Document Properties and Personal Information “ is checked. Click the Inspect button. Click “Remove All” button. Close. Save the document.

Word 2010: File/Info/Check for Issues/Inspect Document. Click Inspect Document button. To the right of “Document Properties and Personal Information” click the Remove All button. Close. Save the document.

Word 2013: File/Info/Inspect Document. Click Inspect Document button. Make sure that “Document Properties and Personal Information” is checked. Click Inspect button. Click the Remove All button to the right of “Document Properties and Personal Information.” Close. Save the document.

Word 2008 & 2011 Mac: Word>Preferences>Security>Remove personal information from this file on save. Save the document.

Originality: Authors should note that only original articles are accepted for publication. Submission of a manuscript represents certification on the part of the author(s) that neither the article submitted, nor a version of it has been published, or is being considered for publication elsewhere.

Abstracts of 100 to 150 words are required to introduce each article.

When possible, all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

If this is not possible:

Figures should be referenced in text and appear in numerical sequence starting with Figure 1. Line art must be original “drawings” in black ink proportionate to our page size. Indicate top and bottom of figure where confusion may exist. Labeling should be 8 point type. Clearly identify all figures. Large figures should be drawn on separate pages and their placement within the text indicated by inserting:

Tables must be cited in text in numerical sequence starting with Table 1. Each table must have a descriptive title. Any footnotes to tables are indicated by superior lower case letters. Large tables should be typed on separate pages and their approximate placement indicated within text by inserting:

—Insert Table 1 here—
